I have done a search without coming up with much luck,
What are the pros and cons of using lift blocks under the
Rear leaf springs? I am looking at putting 25mm blocks on
My d22

I axle rapped a pair of springs with out lift blocks using too much right foot in the wrong situation and considering they give the axle tube extra leaverage against the springs I wouldn't use lift blocks.
 
yer I'm with peter .
Stock springs are pretty soft and you could wrap them with blocks
But it's up to you
