Friday 30 September

12:00pm – Gates open

PM – Arrival, introductions and camp set up

Evening – Campfire, self catered meals, story telling


Saturday 1 October

8:30am – Welcoming address from the Committee at the woolshed
– Show bags handed out

9:00am – Tracks open ($20 per ute per day)

Late comers arriving throughout the morning

½ day trips to local tourist sites for those wishing to do so (see attached)

PM – Hay bale rides for the kids

3:00pm – Organised photos in front of woolshed

Evening – Campfire, self catered meal, ice cream for all and story telling


Night run for those that are keen (and sober)


Sunday 2 October

9:00am – Tracks open ($20 per ute per day)

Day trips to local tourist sites for those wishing to do so (see attached)

5:30pm – Lucky dip draw
– RFDS raffle draw

6:00pm – Fully catered spit roast meal and more ice cream

Evening – Campfire and more story telling


Monday 3 October

AM – Pack up and departure


10:00am – Muster finishes

We should squeeze a bike ride in there, Heath (son of the property owners) has offered to accompany a group on a ride through to the National Park. That's if anyone wants to bring a bike!
 
Sorry to jump in between your convo I'm watching your 4x4 on aurora channel, has anyone contacted these guys about doin a episode on the muster..... They are constantly going to clubs and club drives... Free bit of advertising and would definitely give it a boost to make sure the muster ia a annual thing!..... Just a idea!

I spoke with Simon a couple of times.

In short a) he was not interested coz of the lack of numbers and b) the 4WD club I belong has organised a massive 4WD event over the same weekend down here and Simon is filming that.
