PM – Arrival, introductions and camp set up
Evening – Campfire, self catered meals, story telling
Saturday 1 October
8:30am – Welcoming address from the Committee at the woolshed
– Show bags handed out
9:00am – Tracks open ($20 per ute per day)
Late comers arriving throughout the morning
½ day trips to local tourist sites for those wishing to do so (see attached)
PM – Hay bale rides for the kids
3:00pm – Organised photos in front of woolshed
Evening – Campfire, self catered meal, ice cream for all and story telling
Night run for those that are keen (and sober)
Sunday 2 October
9:00am – Tracks open ($20 per ute per day)

5:30pm – Lucky dip draw
– RFDS raffle draw
6:00pm – Fully catered spit roast meal and more ice cream
Evening – Campfire and more story telling

AM – Pack up and departure
10:00am – Muster finishes
