Mine usually does it after a few river or Ford crossings.
The peddle use to do it, haven't noticed it in ages though.

pedal squeak
Had same problem for a while,that is noise from pedal inside cabin.Well fixed it last week the clutch pedal has a return spring that has 3 pivot points one on top of pedal arm and two ends of the spring that clip into pedal housing/frame .I had to replace to plastic bushes which fit into housing/frame (have part number at home ) .Cost about $12-13 but well worth the silence .
