Steering clunk

Hey guys, since i bought my car, about 2 months ago i have a loud clunking noise when im turning on full lock. To be honest i ahven't even stuck my head under to have a look but was wondering if anyone else has had the same prob.

Does it happen at hard lock and going over a bump? If so it is your Steering bump stops very normal. You will need to buy them from nissan there is 2 on each side! I think it was about $50 last time

Yeah they cost me 6 bucks each. Little nylon nuts. Easy to fist as well or if you dont want to do that just put some grease on em.

Glue some plywood on, F1 style.

Nissan grease them at service intervals, tight asses should replace them.

i just put greese on mine cause i couldn't be bothered getting them replaced.
cause they cost a bit for what they are and they dont last long.

Not at all mate, And you would think someone would come up with a after market part to fix this problem.

thanks for the info guys i think i will grease mine and see what happens.
Have only had the Navara a month and was a little worried about what the noise could have been

yeah it does sound bad but it's nothing, ya might only hear it once every couple of months
