Gearbox oil spec and quantity D22 09 STR

I googled and searched the site but couldn't find it. Must have once before because I have changed it in the past.
Need to do it again because the chaf cutter/ Tuk Tuk is behaving like an EH 3 speed crashbox.
Anybody know of how much I need to stick in it or is it just until it comes out the filler on the side? Think thats what I did last time.
Still got some of the correct oil ---- 85w something something.
Dont really give a shit about it any more and neither do NISSAN but I need to do something about the crashing and grinding into 1st and reverse.
