Extending gear stick after body lift

Hey guys,

Just Wondering how i Can extend my gear stick back to normal height once done a 2 inch body lift? My mate got a little bracket when he did one on his car and fixed it right up.

Any help would e great.

Know anyone with a lathe?
Its easy to turn up an extension that the standard knob can screw onto. Otherwise cutting and re-welding will work too.

buy one of those long dildo gear knobs that they sell for riceburners? lol

ahah cheers for the help will have to have a look at it!!!.. but also i cant get it into 4 low beacuse of it any other suggestions to solve that problem?

As Leprechaun said, I had a small extension made up that screwed onto the low range shifter and tapped the top to screw the knob back on. All that is stopping it from popping into low is the actual gear knob, lift it up 50mm as well and u'll be all sweet.
