The guy does not know how to communicate with human beings.
He has a way of making stuff seem like your fault even though you have nothing to do with it.
I find out he has employeed the use of a contractor to do some work for us (that i could have done in 20 mins) that has now screwed up a bunch of my work, cost us 2-3 hours labour charge... and now i am left to clean it up... Lets add a few hours of my time to that entire situation now....
I just dont understand how this guy has made it to a managerial position....
