Sunprotected Paintwork

Does anyone have any remedies or tips to remove suncream from car paint? I have whitish couloured hand prints on the silver paint of my Nav down each side from closing the car doors with fresh suncream on hands. I have tried washing and waxing and at first it seems to be gone but then it re-emerges! - It is quite noticable and really annoying. Any ideas?

Mate Good luck with that !! That stuff will kill a black dog ! On Holidays this Xmas I spilled some on the table cloth in the caravan (plastic one) and when we got back from a swim . The Minister for finance wants to know who spilled the cream because there is a Big stain were it spilled. Doh !!

Cut and polish maybe. Get some of the fine to medium cut and polish and give that a go.

Prepsol (wax and grease remover) maybe?

Who knows what they use in sunscreen these days. Use to be PCB's which are a known to cause cancer.
