NOTE. D40 fits over the existing trim, just remove the handle and vent, the aircond vent does require some final touches in some cases, at worst some miner trimming, I am working on this.
D22 replaces existing and does require 2 small pilot holes drilled in the pillar, screws and caps supplied. Can be fitted over the existing trim if preferred
Paint. both D40 and D22 have only one colour that i have found so far D40 light grey beige, D22 cant think but darker grey by memory.

and no handle in the door way on my 11 ST

Yer if you don't have a grab handle you have curtain airbag, I pulled mine off today to inspect.
