Nice work! What are your thoughts on your hiclones, I keep getting mixed responces from owners and professionals alike?

I had mixed thoughts about them as I ran them in my commodore, but I must say for the navara I think that I am getting better fuel economy and km's than I did before, you can hear the turbo whistle alot more too.

nice ute :)

i like the roof console. what make? also what gauge pod is it on the pillar?
interesting way to fir the battery. i hope the fuel filter doesn't get to hot (ditto for the battery).

i doubt very much the hiclones are doing anything. the exhaust change will certainly give you the turbo whistle. if any thing the hiclones will be adding a boot load of restriction.
one thing they sometimes can be good for is to spread the air evenly around the filter so it doesn't clog up in one patch.

The console is outback brand nice tidy unit bolts to all factory fittings, the dual gauge pod on the piller is from extreme limits offroad made for the navara it fits very nicely I've got my 2nd volt and egt gauge in it and the one in the dash is the main volt and boost gauge.

A few more Pics

Here is a few more pis of my ride, one of them is me pulling a 100 series cruiser out of a bog another with my camp trailer.:victory:

Great stuff mate!! Love your sports bar's. Are the blue bizo's tapping bands? What size Coopers are you running and how well are they wearing? Sorry about all the questions, I'm due for some new boots shortly and need as much info as I can get.

Cheers Brad

The blue bizo's are tapping saddles so that I didn't have to drill through my bars and the coppers that I'm running are 245/75-16s ST's I am very happy with them and they are wearing well haven't done many km's on the yet only about 25000km still heaps of life.

I think the tapping saddles cost no more than $20 each could of been cheaper, got them from an irrigation place. 63mm with a 1" bsp hole, then I drilled and tapped a 1"bsp plug to the size bolt I needed and done bolt anything you like to them. I had one set up with a reversing spot light also.
Here is some pics of two bars that I made to go on top to carry things then if needed I would put my roof bars on the cab.

Thanks mate! Gotta say that's a better use for the bands/saddles than I ever use them for and you may have given me a solution for something I've been trying to nut out.

Cheers Brad
