rockcrawler or tough dog leaf springs

im ordering some new 40mm lifted leaves, which brand should I go for tough dog or rock crawler as they are both offered on the 4wd1 website

looking for a comfortable spring as I almost never carry anything in yhr back and when I do its nothing heavy anyway

I have rockcrawler in the back of my d22 0 to 400 kg. Ido carry about 200kg all the time and they do the job well.
