hi all has anyone been out to mount dissapointmeant lately? can anyone tell me of any good mediem traks that i can go. im thinking of going there in the next couple of days.

Been there a few times, can't remember track names but from what I've seen it's pretty difficult!! Good mud tyres is required

might want to check with local authorities, as a lot of it is still shut for regeneration due to the 09 fires.
But there is some easy stuff up there along with some very snotty tracks

been through there alot on the bikes. North side is good for muddy bogholes and hills, plenty of easy stuff and plenty of sticky mud aswell
