Just come back from a weekend away with the D40. To my surprise a few plastic parts were ripped off during some deep sand tracks. They both go under the under body at the front somewhere.
My question is should I try to remount these and are they a worry? Looks like the steel plate at the front has also taken a hit and is a bit dented but its only thin steel.
