Indicator flash unit

Can anyone tell me where the indicator flasher unit is on a D40 ST, i've installed some LED tail lights and now the indicators flash double time, ive been told i can replace the flasher unit with one suitable for LED lights but prob is i can't find.
Any help please.

I dont think the D40 has a flasher can and its the dash cluster itself that does the job. I may be wrong but I never found one when I had the cluster out
To fix the problem your going to need to install resistors
