Doesnt look like anyone has tried yet, but knowing Nissan, I would be surprised if turbo skyline stuff didnt bolt on.
First up I'd try some QFM (google it, great pads at any price) pads and DBA slotted rotors. Braided lines all round would be a good idea also given how spongey the pedal is (although I suspect the std master cyl is too small for the calipers/drums).
The stock brakes arent that bad, my ST stops well enough for a 2t ute.
