fitting indicator stalk

Hi my d21 headlight switch has packed up, I have bought an after market
one on e bay, is the fitting of it easy , do I just take off the plastic caseing
and remove a bolt or two and pull out the wireing plug ? or is it more complicated than that, thanks a lot for any help Bowler

No that's pretty much exactly it. Seven screws in total from memory.

Keep an eye on where the bolts go. I think there are 3 or 4 screws that hold the plastic casing on, and they are different lengths? Haven't done it for a while.

Its a good time to add relays into the system too. These switches die because they are carrying the full current for the headlights - Nissan didn't install relays for the headlights, I'm assuming to save a few bucks.
