Hi all,
Sorry for the late notification, but on the weekend of 17th & 18th November . . . Sydney Off Road Racing Association (SORRA) is hosting a State Round (Round 8) of the NSW Off-Road Racing State Championship.
If anyone from the Sydney/Hunter/Central Coast region is interested in coming out to Colo Park, 22klm North of Colo Heights along the Putty Road to Volunteer as Recovery Crew you are more then welcome.
We have a small group of around 5 4wd’s who regularly help out SORRA with their 11 recovery positions, so any extra 4wd’s who would like to come out and lend a helping hand during any race weekends are always welcome.
Most of us head up Friday evening and camp Friday & Saturday Nights, racing starts around 8 Saturday morning and we are all but finished usually by around 3pm Sunday Afternoon.
At the Camping/Pits area there are Toilets and Showers (Rain & Dam water) and SORRA if given a weeks notice usually feeds us Volunteer Recovery Crew members.
If interested in coming out to help with recovery positions/crews, please PM me so I can provide numbers to those SORRA Officials who look after us and feed us.
Cheers
