ARK battery power box

Bought the battery box to go camping last weekend, and the lighter socket is too damn big for a standard lighter plug!
Emailed them, waiting on response

How much too big?

I remember reading something a while back that Cigi lighter sockets and Aux sockets are different sizes and there is only millimeters different. I don't remember which way it goes but there was a dedicated move to make one socket slightly larger than the other because with many car makers removing lighters they were trying to make it harder for owners to buy after market lighters and stick them in sockets that weren't rated for them and causing fires. The problem seems to be that manufacturers of items using the ports were never made to adhere to a standard.

Won't retain the plug at all- narva brand plug.
Would just hold a no name socket extension cord but of course the fridge couldn't pull enough power through the longer line.
Had to cut the damn plug off the fridge cable and connect to the wing nut connectors to keep the beer cold!
