I'd say Front. But only becasue STR's already have a reasonable LSD in the rear.
Also you need to go for an air-locker in the rear, as the ute gets pretty taily without any weight over the rear axle.

I have an old Hilux for mud bash fitted with front and rear Lokka's, The rear works fantastic I wouldn't have anything else, but the front kills your turning circle and pulls you all over the road, If I was going to do it again I would pay the extra for an air locker for the front, lokka or even better lock right for the rear.
But having said that, it is an awesome rig in the bush.
