Dual Battery??

So i picked up a system from Battery World on sale for $60 (Was $229... Bargain)

its a 140 amp Relay module solenoid thingy by Matson

has anyone heard of this brand?
know if this should be fine for the d40?

You wouldn't know if these are onsale Australia wide? That is super good deal and I could finally split the 2 starter batteries without having to make my own cables

It should work fine in yours. The 2007 D40 didn't have the fancy regulator on the alternator so power won't be a problem. Just use nice large cables to the rear and make sure both ends are fused.

You won't get 140A down the cable, either. Max output of the D40 alternator is 130A or so at near 5,000rpm. A single 30A thermal breaker on each end of the cable would be enough.
