hi all im new to the 4*4 thing,but looking at buying a navara str 06 model the guy i buying it of sais it has a zd30 engine in it but he said there not a turbo model im a lil confused i thought they were
 
Did you knock him down on the price because its not turbo.

The guy is a moron, its turbo.

thanks dave i thought he was wrong about that,yeah i did get him down on the price its an 06 model,still all standard features except it has cooper tyres on it 60,000 kms still under new car warranty till 2012 for 25,000
 
can anyone tell me if these engines are good or not does the turbo make much of a difference
 
Welcome mate, zd30 engines are awesome in my book, and by my knowledge they all came out turbo, maybe he is getting confused if its the petrol 3.3l v6 or the older 3.2l non turbo diesel in the previous model.

If he doesn't know it's turbo he's probably never let it idle for a while after climbing a mountain before switching off.
