intermittent hard brake pedal

Does anyone have a solution to this ? I am having a problem with my brakes. The brake pendal becomes hard after braking a couple of times and then returns to normal.

Hey mate, that's not a problem it's normal... You are creating vacuum pressure in the booster when pressing it a few times before pressing it it hard to stop.. I do it a lot when towing heavy loads hope that helps
