Can anyone give a suggestion on the best way to bend my aluminum vehicle rod holder at a 90deg angle?????

Oh those ones, I can't remember the last time I saw one of those, I'd have too see one again before I thought about the possibilities. No doubt someone else who has seen one more recent than I could help.

easiest way i can think of for you to do that would be to find a bit of pipe or something like that with a fairly large diameter say 10mm or so. just be very gentle and dont try to bend it at to tight or a curve as it will cause the aluminium to split/crack mate. i think you should be able to do this quite easy in a vice. thats my boilys opinion for ya.

or cut it in half and drill some new holes with some u bolts??? just when you cut it wih a grinder make sure to rub some candle wax on the cutting wheel. makes the job alot easier and alot less dangerous
