extractors and air filter brands

Hi all, I'd like to get a little more power out of my 1990 D21 2.4 petrol tray-back and was thinking of fitting a set of extractors and a hi flow air filter, any advice on products and or brands to fit, would be very helpful.

Have you thought of installing a weber carby? One from a mid 80s Falcon would be suitable (might need re-jetting), or you can often get reco ones from eBay specifically for the Navara.

Would be better bang for buck than extractors anyway.
