Can anyone tell me what tyres the new D22 STR comes out of the factory with (brand) ?? And what size are they ?? Have been told that 285/75R16 ATZ will fit without a problem and definitely 265/75R16............... ??

Factory standard is 265/70/16. I'm running 265/75/16 and they fit ok, just needed to trip the front mud flaps a little.

Up to 2004 they ran 255/70/16. From the factory.
2005 onwards they run 265/70/16. From the factory.
Both tyres are Bridgestone. Crap tyre really.
If your upsizing go 265/75/16.

Cheers guys, hopefully pick up the ute wednesday/thursday finally, but have allready ordered a set of BFG ATz 265/75R16 & some black sunraysia's to trade in the factories so hopefully they fit ok......

Yeah there will be, you'll need to trim the front mudflaps or just take them off, maybe belt the end of the sill with a hammer, and you'll more than likely need new rims, almost all the of the 285/75/16 tyres need a 7.5" rim minimum whereas the standard ST-R rims are only 7" wide.
