Hey everyone just removed my rear bumper as it was damaged when i bought the car, after moving it i noticed the back was so bare...

I couldnt find any other links in the search but has anyone else done something similar to me?

Here a pic, have mounted the number plate yet or plate lights...

Be good if people uploaded pics as well...

I have not done it yet but intend to, i was looking at 3-5mm Cheq plate. How did you mount that plate??

I have a plank of wood with the number plate and number plate lights on it. It was meant to be temporary until I could make something up, but, well, been a bit lazy lately!!

There are a couple of threads somewhere on this. Pretty sure you can buy them but I've got access to aluminium, a folder and guillotine at work so i mad mine out of 2mm ally. Put about 5 (from memory) folds close together at the bottom to give it the rounded look. Mounting is just the 2 bolts either end. Don't forget a hole to lower you spare. Hope the photos work as its the first time I've posted pics.

Looks the goods well done

6 x 1.5mm from memory (or whatever bog standard 6mm bolts use -- arhh, I've been off the tools too long).
