Before a trip yes. Sand you won't need a wheel alignment after unless you know you have hit something hard and pulled out of alignment.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I just lifted the front with coil spacers and strut spacers about 30 mm.
It feels good but it looks like the camber is a bit out.

How many kms have you done with the lift in? I would suggest one if you've lifted it. Camber isn't a real issue in sand but toe is.

If you have a lot of tarmac to drive before you get to the sand definitely get it done, if the camber is out a reasonable amount your tyres will be fairly chewed by the time you get back.
