previous cars

Pretty much what the title states, what are the previous cars you have owned. Your favourite and your least.

On to my cars i have owned my first car was my yellow submarine ke70, best fun in the wet. Absolutely stock as they come, but still sh&t loads of fun. After that i bought an e36 323i bmw, had that for a year before a patrol decided he didnt like that car and t-boned me writing it off.

Then there was a 2001 B4 liberty, which not to many people know what they are so it was alot of fun to surprise people with. Had a few little things done like exhaust, cai, and chipped computer.

Following that was proably my least favourite car an rb20 32gtst, just didn't like it.

Now we get to my favourite my 1990 32 GTR which i spent alot of time and money building. Had a full built motor with wiseco pistons, all new pumps, hoses, leads, reconditioned head. But still had stock cams and turbos so she made 350hp on 12psi. But she had to be sold to buy my current house, hardest thing i have ever had to do.

And know i drive an 06 d22 str so i have pretty much jumped from one extreme to the other. I still love my truck.

83 TG Gemini - paint (home job), wheels, exhaust, stereo, suspension went hard for a not much more than stock (sold to buy p-van)
79 TD Gemini panel van - Wheels, $1500 Sh!tter to lug my work tools (sold for parts)
85 Suzuki Sierra - Paint, fun tough truck diddn't like the canary yellow (sold to buy 4runner)

71 XY fairmont - Professional paint, wheels, mild worked 302W, suspension, front and rear GT spoilers, interior tidy, (owned while I had the suzi, sold to finance 1st home)

91 4Runner, just a heep of accessories (sold to buy 04 D22)

1969 Datto 1000 (First car and a paddock basher, tough as nails)
75 Datsun 180B (First car on the road)

71 Datsun 240C coupe (Nice cruisy barge which I should have kept, I have only ever seen one other)
71 Datsun 240Z which was mildly modified by me. Again, another one I should have kept.
70something MG Midget grey imported from the US
D21 Pathfinder V6 which we sold when Nissan could not sort out a warranty issue (bad spigot bush which I would now just fix myself)
VS V6 commodore wagon which replaces the D21, forgetable car, whitegoods on wheels.
TH Magna wagon which repalced the VS when I could not put up with tailshaft vibrations that no one could fix. Nice car but bland.
A couple of Australian build R31 Skylines over a few years.
A BA XR6 which replaced the last R31
An R51 Pathfinder which replaced the Magna and which we still have
A D22 Navara ZD30 which replaced the XR6 and which I stil have.
Last and most fun, a grey import R31 Skyline coupe set up for track only work. Currently somewhere around the 300hp mark which is enough to be fun and little enough for it to stil be pretty reliable. Total cost of buiding it would cover a nice new Xtrail or similar! Spread over nearly ten years though.

I'm 43 and have personally only owned 4 cars - priority has always been on paying the house off etc.

1979 UC Torana - had for 9.5 years
1986 KC Laser TX3 - had for 10.5 years
2003 TL ES Magna - had for 3.5 years
2003 Navara ST-R - had for 6 months and will keep indefinitely.

Ok well from memory which should be pretty good as I'm only 28 so have only had cars over the last 10 years. Here we go,

Here's a couple of pics of my last car, a 91 SWB Pajero. It was a great car, wish I never sold it.

These were taken at Black Duck Valley when you could 4 wheel drive there, only motorbikes allowed now. Can't believe how quick the kids grow up!

First cars N13 pulsar - good for a first cars lasted 2 years
N14 SSS Pulsar J-Spec, loved this car to bits real rocket on the road get in the twisties and leave the V8's for dead. Untill got rear ened at 80k's and was written off. Still miss it.
