I almost couldn't watch when he was putting his finger in there. I'm sure he has done that a few times now but I bet he will never stop crapping himself when he does it!

Very cool, only draw back is that watching the vid your fingers need to be wet for the blade to retract. So you will need to keep dipping your hands in water to keep up their conductivity, or else the blade wont stop as it is ment to.
That's a good point, especially since anyone working with saw dust knows that the finer particles absorb the skin oils and render the hands exceedingly dry.
It would be very messy to wet the hands, sawdust forms clumps when wet. Anyone doing this would not keep up the practice for long, it'd be a pain in the tush!
Basically the saw blade would have to bite into the skin. Instant conductivity, and at the end of the day, you've a wound you need a bandaid for, not a prosthetic.
