I just transfered the QLD rego over to NSW,, I had to get a weigh bridge ticket .well it was 1520 kg , the previous one I has a D22 2000 TD diesel was only 1420 Kg and the tax was about $ 280 ,well because the new one was 1520 they charged me an extra $140 a year apparently the cut off was 1504 KG ,I was only 16kg over, If I had known I would of emptied the tank and removed the spare wheel ,So next year I will get it weighed with out a full tank and spare ,that should bring it down below 1500 KG I hope ?
