Been married for 17 years and this has never happened before---
Went looking(not buying) for a tivo style thing today.

The boss saw a LCD tv 46" and said "WOW we need one of them" , no sarcasm at all.
I said sure - calling the bluff - she said yep we need that.

No argument from me - $4500 later with a TIVO and god dam what a tv!

any body want a cheap 42" plasma????:big_smile:

I just bought a Panasonic Vierra 42" Plasma a few weeks ago. Biggest tv I could fit in the bedroom cupboard.

What brand did you get ? I got mine for $1400 from a old work mate who works at Bing Lee, was $2000 but helps when you know someone.

Missuses. Mine is as tight as a fish's arse.

Wouldn't really want to swap - had her for 25 years now, wouldn't know what to do with a new model.
 
Dave - it is a samsung series 8 led - un f%$king believable picture. The missus is still raving about it. Do not like the tivo thing yet - haven't had a good play yet.

on a side note AC/DC rocked in brisvegas in the pissing rain..
