I'm after a price for the chip 'n exhaust kit for my D22 Navara ZD30 engine. Would like options for mild and stainless steel exhausts and also an option for a "straight through" 3" if possible.



I have been to your web site and read the info you have there but anything else you can help with would be appreciated. Tried to call 1300 number but kept getting answering machine!!



Also, I am a member of the navara.asia forum and other members have shown interest following my posting of the link to your web site. Would you offer a "bulk purchase" price if we were to order multiple kits?

Is that graph based on the ZD30 motor, do you have results or a chip available for YD25 motor at all? I currently already have a Taipan 3" exhaust system. Thanks Matt

I'd be interested in the price of a chip to suit my 2008 D22, 2.5 CRD with 2.75" Beaudesert Exhaust, the exhaust has a high flow cat and high flow muffler. PM me the price if you would prefer.

ARe these dyno figures rear wheel horse power? What gear was used for the tests? What front mount intercooler did you have on the D22 blowing 141 hp?

Hey Guys , sorry for the late replys but we have been busy with orders and the Brisbane 4x4 show coming up this Month.

All our dyno numbers are "real life" and represent the power at the rear wheels. This is the truest way of measure the improvement.

The Front mount intercooler is a MTQ system that we fitted in-house. This kit has proven to be the most reliable without investing big money.

The kit including fitting and dyno tune was $2,900.00. We now offer this kit with a module tuned to suit so you can fit it yourself.

Fitting is recomended to be done by a better than average enthusiast as it does require making of two brackets and moving the overflow bottle. It is a air to air kit and produces reliable power run after run whereas air to water intercoolers become less efficient as the ambient air temperatures heats up.

Matt,

be carefull when comparing Nm torque figures from a Dyno. Nm is traditionally a measurement relative to the flywheel. a vast number of factors can drastically change this figure on a dyno as it work in "tractive effort" a different way of measure torque.

The d40 is a different animal with bog changes between manual and auto. Which do you have?

I'm interested in a price and an idea of the gains that could be expected from a chip and exhaust kit for a D40 King Cab Auto, although it may have to wait a wee while as cosmetics need attended to, courtesy of some pisshead!
