Hope someone can help me...
To take off the plastic engine shroud that covers the diesel donk in a D40 I have been unbolting the entire metal framework as well as the two retaining bolts at the front of the shroud.
However, it occurred to me today that perhaps you just remove the two retaining bolts at the front of the shroud and then perhaps the rear of the plastic shroud just pulls off (i.e. unclicks). So I tried it but it would not come off.
So does the rear just pull out or not?
