Anyone know the differences between the YD25 found in the new D22 & the one found in the D40? I am due for a new 4wd soon & originally had plans to upgrade my old D22 ZD30 to the new D40. Seeing as tho the new D22 is a crapload cheaper I was thinking how hard would it be to bring the new D22 engine upto or past the performance of the D40 engine. If it is a simple case of tuning & a different turbo/intercooler I may actually consider just getting another D22 as I love the offroad capabilities of my current 4wd. Has anyone looked into it?

there is a thread on it. however really need someone to go see what turbo the new D22 uses and specs for the motor. once thats know you can easly work out how to make it go.
