Hi All,
Well like I said in my introduction to the forum some weeks back, I know nothing about Navara's and I got a few things to do to my 2003 STR ZD30 before I get it licensed here in WA.
Now it looks like there are some cracks in the fan. According to the mongrel workshop manual, it says to remove the front grille.
That doesn't sound logical to me or am I missing something.
Hope someone can tell me if it can come out and be replaced easy.
Cheers

My first guess would be the radiator has to come out, you may find it easier with the grill out

It depend if you have a mechanical clutch fan or a thermo fan?
Thermo fan is a electrically operated fan, they can sit either in front or behind the radiator, but by those instructions I guess they sit in front. Which would mean you need to take the grill off.
If you have a mechanical clitch fan that is driven by the engine then follow the instructions above.
