4 years ago blew the head & warped the head. Got e fix after 6 months off the road. Now it's happening again. Going to have to replace the head this time. Any suggestions where I can get a new head from for a D40 turbo 25 diesel?

You can get a head on an exchange basis from Repco or a similar buisness, you need to find out why your heads are warping. Is there a cooling problem?.

Tough brake mate.
Should be in the d40 drive train section tho not 550.

Why should it be in the drive trian ? It the motor that's loosing the coolant out of the expansion tank.

I want check the torque on the head bolts ? I know the installation procedure is. So don't anyone start tell me how tighten the head bolts.
I don't know what is wrong with it. Did a compression set on it yestureday. And found 1 & 4 cylinders at 220 psi & 2 & 3 were about 350 & 370 psi after 2 to 3 pops.

Aha my mistake.
Should be in the d40 engine and gearbox as ur talking about the yd25 engine not tge 3ltr 550.
