hi there i have a 06 d22 str 3.0 every time i put the hazzard lights on the fuse blows any ideas on what the prob could be

I'm assuming indicators normally work correctly, so I won't ask that!

Have you changed any of the bulbs from the standard 21W incandescent globes? The system is designed to flash up to 8 globes @ almost 2A each plus the flashing unit (negligible power draw). That's about 16A, give or take a little. Some LED replacements have a load in them that emulates the load of a normal globe so the flash rate doesn't change - it might not be working properly, try changing back to normal globes and see if it still blows the fuse.

Other than that, I'm not sure - the circuit is a pretty simple one!

Do you have a bull bar? The extra two indicators put it up near the 10A that the fuse is. I would blow the fuse with hazards on when towing a trailer. Just increased the fuse to 15A not a problem as not a continuious load and now more blown fuses. If you keep blowing the larger fuse then you have an electrical fault.
Cheers
