the pro comp 16x8 didnt fit, :suicide2:

the allied 22x8.5 with pos 30 offset didnt fit. :suicide2:

got another set machined with pos 20 offset and juuuuuuust touched front brake caliper :suicide2:

so the old grinder was produced and now they effing fit lol. :dancing:

what did u gind the edge of the caliper?
i need to do the same just not sure if it's a good idea..

Smoothing the surface of the brake caliper is commen practice lol

yea dont be too worried jase, i ground heaps of my calipers and never had a problem on my silvia and that seen a fair bit of track work

Its usually just smoothing the sand casting marks off the calliper.

Did you try Dynamic wheels?
They make 16x8 and 17x8 to suit D40
0 offset to avoid hitting the caliper. Would need to adjust the inner guard a bit.
