Navara d22 wheels

I will apologise for my ignorance first people but I am a newbie and have just purchased a 2003 4X4 cab chassis.

I want to get Sunraysia wheels and all terrain tyres and am told that not many rims from other 4X4`s will fit it including the Patrol.

Can someone give me some advice what I should be looking for including the specs.

Welcome SBE, As far as I know stud paterns for Toyota & Nissan are the same, you just have to be careful of offset. I have run the wheels from my camper trailer on the back of my 05 d22, they are early Toyota with neg 10 offset (hang out the guards abit but look great). I have just bought 16x8s with 0 offset. I run 265x75x 16 with -20. Without lift they would probably rub.

wats the best offset for a navara rim with 265/75/16 tyres on them??? im after a set of sunraysias and dont know what offset is needed to make them sit in same spot as the genuine alloy wheels

Genuine st-r mags are 16x7 and +40 offset. +30 seems to be the popular offset now with navs, new shape hilux and tritons.

does that mean the tyres stick out more? i have fitted OME nitro chargers which has only lifted around 1 inch. I am looking at doing the same thing soon with 265/75/16 Cooper St's.

You can look up Bob Jane or Jax websites and they have rim selectors which tell you what fit your vehilce. From rims you want too look at stud pattern and offset to see if they fit your ute. From that you could check other utes that have the same pattern. or else just make a quick phone call to a dealer and ask them for help. Most are happy to check for you.

Then there's tyre size and rim width to consider. There's a sh!tload of threads on this lads. Look up offset and D22 in the SEARCH FUNCTION and you find heaps hey:
