It might be good as an early warning system too but the constant whinning would make even the crappiest factory horn sound wonderful
Wipers like that would give you tunnel vision. Not to mention other embarrassing conditions.

I've been through your area a few times Dave and I don't think I'd ask that question I think I'd be looking to get one shipped in.
There are some in Cessnock Pub, Dave, but you'll need fly spray mate, and lots of it. I'd also recommend liquid pool chlorine and welding gloves when handling it and if you need to service it, make sure you strap a fence plank to your back.
