I need to remove and replace the aircon switch, before i start ripping everything apart to get to it is their an easy way

Pull off the front facia panel and there are 4 screws holding the fan control panel in.

Yep, just the on/off switch.

Yeah I have had the stereo and UHF out a few times in mine and changed the globe for the heater controls.
Having a brother who is a panel beater helps aswell when you get stuck helps aswell.
