Dont know about a kit but I'd imagine for a price there are a few places willing to give it a go. There is a few places on the net that do woodgrain for the Patrol so it might be worth asking them if they'll do you a one off.
Could try either of these that come up in a google search, dunno if they will help but it's a start. I know a guy who uses a bloke in SE Melb for his dashes in his restored cars one day I'll remember to ask him who he uses.
