hi all currently purchased a 04 d22 str and i have read all the threads on the egr mod but unfortunately since im not very mechanically minded i was wondering if there was someone that lived around the northside of brisbane that could help me do it? i will offer a carton of beer for your efforts if u would like? i live in shorncliffe any help would be appreciated and were would be a place that i coulld get the stainless steel thin plate from?

Just an idea - come along to the Queen Mary falls trip on the 12th Dec and have a chat to a few lads - get to see some good country and I reckon someone will gladly pop the hood and show you what they've done.
