if that is the rod that goes from the lca to the tie rail on the front it is called a strut rod they stop front and back move ment but i thought they were only on 2 wds becase the 4wd has a triangle shaped lca

out of the service manual for some reason on 2wd's it's called the tension rod and on the 4wd's it's called the compression rod.
