As to the lift
If you have camber adjustment then cheapest way is strut spacers in front and blocks in rear.
From that you can spend more and go diferent shocks n springs in front and new springs in rear

I have a single cab d40 just put two inch front strut spacers off ebay from america. Search nissan frontier lift on ebay $100 delivered to my door in one week well made solid alli fitted perfectly. I had rear blocks made for me and sourced longer U bolts from an older model high lux but if thats not an option the ebay store does front and rear kits for about 200-250 delivered depending where in aus you are. Theres the cheapest option you will find new springs and shocks is always better but more expensive

Best tip would be to use the search button, there is 100's of threads on lifts.
