how do you pull apart the roll bar??

hey guys,
im getting my roll bars powdercoated and the powdercoater asked me to seperate the bars for him.
does anyone know how to do this??

You cant separate the roll bar its one piece, but yo can pull off the plastic surrounds with a long thin scraper. Would look a hell of a lot better body colour, so would the mirrors, grille and bull bar.

2006 are weld togather.

2.5's went to the 2 piece sports bars.

Depends Dave, Mine is the last of the '06 and can be separated. if your Bar has black plastic bits, where the support legs join the main hop. then it is a mater of a half twist.

I only looked at mine this weekend and it is the same.
It is 06 December built...
