Does anyone know if there is a front locka such as an e locka for a D40 diesel (Thai built)

No Scotty, nothing available. Reason being the front diff is too weak, I think it has more to do with the aluminium housing rather than the actual centre.

Yes, anything possible. But if your going to go to the trouble you might as well go for a solid axle swap. Could cost $20K to do properly.
I don't think a 2.5D40 is worth it, the V6 may be though.
