D22 egt probe install

Hey
Got my egt gauge the other day, exhaust places saying 150 to put tap through dump pipe,
Anyone got A photo of were they put theirs in and how?
Had a good search and found lots about the gauge but can't seem to see anything bout probe installation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The factory dump pipe is shit and restrictive.

I'm a broke apprentice haha so many things I want to do but not enough coin,
Can you just change your dump pipe without the full system?

Um yeah you can.

Do things as you can afford them.

^ There's a pic, but dont get that one as its way to pricey.

My new turbo is going on soon in the next 2 weeks, I have a new dump in the kit.

You can have my 2.5 inch one thats on it now if you want.

Its still very good. Just wouldn't hurt with a clean up with a wire brush and a coat of paint again.

You can have it. My Cat is under the cab so it doesn't include the Cat.

Its only about a foot of pipe.

Pyro thread is already in it.

That would be great mate,
I'll get a cat put in later I guess when I can afford the rest of the system,
Would it bolt onto my exhaust or would I need a reducer made up

Na I am in NSW.

It should bolt up.

Getting a exhaust joint to fit it will be easier but Ill hit the guy up who is gonna install the kit.

I could do it myself, but I want warrenty to come back on.

Yeah that's it's, sometimes it's safer to get someone who ya can go back too,

Well if you do still decide to get rid of it and it will bolt up I'll be very grateful!

Are you upgrading our turbo?

Yeah there is a few pics in my members thread showing what I got.

Its all yours mate.

Ill get the exhaust bloke to make sure it fits.
