G'day

Have a new D22 on the way ('10 model) and was wondering where the easiest place to splice into the high-beam wire was? I am looking to install spotties pretty much as soon as i get the car, hopefully soon! Also if you happen to know what colour the wire is?

Hey Mitch,
There's a thread in this section, think it's called something like "installing spotties off Santa". That was my '05, not sure if wire is same colour but tapped into that at the drivers end.
I'm sure it won't take long for someone to confirm wire colour for you....
Come on folks....
 
Problem is they keep changing the colours on us.

Pop the connector off one of the headlights and use a multimeter to measure voltage between the battery negative and each when the high beam is on. It's the easiest way to do it.
