You can buy plastic flares off ebay that stick on your guard d40 flares, Cars, Bikes, Boats items at low prices on eBay.com.au Is that kind of what your after??

Its not cheap stuff tho. Just make sure you get the flare with the wire in it as the wire keeps it round. without the wire it eventually goes like a 50c coin.
